Josh Depp is a 2013 Graduate of Springboro High School. He was the top-rated kicker and punter in the Greater Western Ohio Conference in 2012. He was scholarship athlete and 4-year starter at Georgetown College and a top scorer each season. He was named to the NAIA Mid-South Conference Team in 2015 and 2016 and led the nation in PATs. Josh graduated from Georgetown College in May 2017. Since Josh began his football career in 2012, he has worked with college and pro trainers including Tim Williams and Michael Husted. Josh is also the creator of the Kicking Cancer Challenger, benefitting the Breast Cancer Research Foundation. He is currently working towards an opportunity in the NFL.

Derek is a 2013 graduate from Centerville High School where he received All-Area First Team as a pitcher, but also played infield. He began his collegiate baseball career at Divison III Heidelberg University as a two-way player (SS/RHP). During his time at Heidelberg, he set the single season ERA record along with being a two-time first-team all league, first-team All Midwest, and 2015 ABCA All-American. It was the following summer that Derek was a 2015 Summer Collegiate All-American in the Prospect League, during which he also made the transfer to Divison I Wright State University as a pitcher only. After red-shirting his first year at Wright State, he went to the Northwoods League where he led the league in strikeouts and was a 2016 first-team Summer Collegiate All-American. In the spring of 2016, Derek finished the season with his first year at Wright State with a 1.77 ERA with 35.2 innings in 23 appearances, 39 strikeouts, and nine saves. Throughout his career, Derek has been involved in instructing and mentoring numerous youth baseball camps.

Graduated from Fairmont 2001. Multi-sport athlete (Football and Baseball) before a 7 year semi-pro football career with the Cincinnati Ravens. Scott spent 9 years as a Correctional officer for the State of Ohio. Scott also enjoys coaching youth athletes in football and wrestling.
Scott brings a vast background and several personal training certifications to Beyond the Game. Specializing in weight loss/fitness and strength and power development.
Owner Jeff Kennard played professional baseball for 13 years, and it all started on the little league baseball and pee wee football fields in Centerville, Ohio. His coaches instilled discipline, integrity, and character in addition to the sport specific skills needed to rock out! Those coaches also taught Jeff how to respect the game, himself, other players and staff. Jeff is committed to bringing excellence to youth sports training in the Dayton area - which creates stronger kids with stronger futures, meaning a stronger community. Be apart of a grand slam for our youth!
