Fridays from March 31st - May 19th

Grades K-6 Fridays from 6:00pm-7:15pm
Grades 7-12 Fridays 7:30pm-8:45pm

The camp is a speed and agility style camp - and the young athletes will be put to the test!  A great way to get ready for football or summer sports training which is right around the corner.  This will be lead by NFL's Brock Bolen along with Scott Nagle.  

Brock Bolen, from Valley View High School, went to play 4 years of football at The University of Louisville as a running back/fullback. Then Brock played in the NFL for the Jacksonville Jaguars from 2009-2012, then for the Cleveland Browns in 2013.

Our athletes will go 'beyond' by developing coordination, power, and discipline to better prepare their bodies for the demands of athletics.  They will practice, enhance, and strengthen proper movement skills as they learn what it takes to move their bodies like athletes.  As class focus changes from linear (backward/forward) movements to lateral (side-to-side) movements to strength and conditioning, our athletes will be able to use these skills whether they are playing baseball, soccer, football, lacrosse or any sport.  We will engage them on how to move as well as to why to move.  As the body becomes better coordinated and stronger, our athletes will perform better on and off the field.  Read about Beyond FASST Philosophy.
