Our athletes will go 'beyond' by developing coordination, power, and discipline to better prepare their bodies for the demands of athletics.  They will practice, enhance, and strengthen proper movement skills as they learn what it takes to move their bodies like athletes.  As class focus changes from linear (backward/forward) movements to lateral (side-to-side) movements to strength and conditioning, our athletes will be able to use these skills whether they are playing baseball, soccer, football, lacrosse or any sport.  We will engage them on how to move as well as to why to move.  As the body becomes better coordinated and stronger, our athletes will perform better on and off the field.  Read about Beyond FASST Philosophy.
